1983 I.R.S. Records - SP70604 / Unplayed Vinyl in Excellent Condition
Very Light Surface Marking from contact with the paper inner sleeve and a bit of static dust from the dry Colorado climate
No Scratches, Fingerprints, or Other DamageJacket in Very Good Condition with Edge Cut and some minor bend marks and shelf wear
I took the jacket to Boulder w/o the disc for the meet and greet. It shows a few wrinkles from the trip.

From my personal collection. I worked in radio in the 1980's and had the pleasure to hang out a few time with the band when R.E.M. played shows in Colorado. They signed a few albums for me once when they played Boulder, including this copy of MURMUR. Boldly signed in black magic marker it reads "To Greg - Mike Mills" and "GREG Michael Stipe".
There is no Certificate of Authenticity, but the signature is guarenteed authentic. I handed them the album and they signed it.
This has been untouched for over 20 years, vertically stored on a shelf in my record closet.
