R.E.M. "Chronic Town" 5-song EP
1st Pressing with RARE GARGOYLE CENTER LABELS.
Released in 1982 as their first release on IRS Records (No Barcodes!)
This is one on the R.E.M. Classics, folks.
To find this EP on vinyl is hard enough these days, much less a First Pressing with the Gargoyle center labels, Picture Sleeve w/ no Barcode, and it's Original IRS dust sleeve, in this condition
(see pictures)
The Record and Sleeve are in Mint/M- condition.
(Slight storage wear/scuffing and small price tag residue on back of sleeve-see pictures)
It's been stored properly since I bought it in 1984-85.
