This is the first release from R.E.M. on the Hib-Tone Label in 1981.
This is the 2nd pressing with the Hib-Tone address on the label.
Vinyl is in excellent condition.
Side A played a few times. Excellent.
Side B, played once. Excellent.
Sleeve is in very very good condition.
No stains, fading or tears.
Slight fold on lower front sleeve cover, see image.
Slight fold on upper left back sleeve cover and
very slight creases on center lower back, see image.
Border on bottom of front and back sleeve is
beige/cream color.
May have been original color and not a bright white.

Housed in climate and light controlled
storage in protective plastic sleeve since '82.
