4-Track 12" Single on Warner Bros Records.

The outer plastic jacket is in excellent condition, with no splits.

I had to cut the sticker to open the record, so it is in two parts, but it is still basically intact (see photos).  

The record has only been played a couple of times since new, including once to check it before listing it. It is in excellent condition, with a little surface noise and a few minor "clicks".

This record has been looked after carefully since new.
