Description

Hello, thanks for looking. I am a collector and grade my items conservatively.

Artist: R.E.M
Title: Lifes Rich Pageant
Edition: Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab MFSL 1-361
Details: This is the rarer edition with "Gray" strip on top of front cover, Special limited edition, Copy number # 000172 so this one could be a hot stamper.

Media: Mint minus. Like just opened.

Sleeve: VG++. This could perfectly be a NM, but the gatefold cover arrived with a 3-inch seam split just centered in the back cover, as showcase in the last picture. The seam split is not fully developed (meaning, the cover is not open, but you can see the crease line along the top of the cover). This album arrived like this brand new when purchased in 2011. Other than that, it all looks great and the album looks exactly the same way I got it.

Will be shipped in a resealable clear sleeve, professionally packed and shipped via USPS Media Mail.
