Description
This is a very good original U.S. pressing copy of the second LP by R.E.M., released in 1984. An equal to their debut imho, the record is more electric, and the psychedelic colorings are more pronounced. The jacket's main flaw is water staining and warping along the bottom seam, and lighter water staining in one top corner. It also has substantial wear on the seams, and light creasing and wear on the spine and edge: overall VG(-). The disc is of purple translucent vinyl (when held up to a light). It has some light staining, scraping, and scuffing, and it plays with mostly light surface noise (VG+). The record comes with a custom inner sleeve (VG: one seam largely split, rippling and creasing).
I’m helping a friend sell his personal collection. I have play graded (spot checked) discs. The jackets will be shipped in plastic sleeves with the discs removed from them.
