Description

Up for sale is R.E.M. – Three, the 2011 Record Store Day exclusive 3×7" vinyl set collecting the first three singles from the band's final studio album, Collapse Into Now.
Issued exclusively for Record Store Day 2011, Three presents each single in its own individual artwork sleeve, housed together in the original collector outer packaging.
This copy also retains the original hype stickers, an important detail for R.E.M. and Record Store Day collectors.
The set contains:
7" #1 “Mine Smell Like Honey” b/w “Supernatural Superserious” – Live
7" #2 “Oh My Heart” b/w “Harborcoat” – Live
7" #3 “ÜBerlin” b/w “What's the Frequency, Kenneth?” – Live
The live B-sides make this set especially interesting beyond the standard Collapse Into Now material, presenting alternate live performances of songs spanning different periods of R.E.M.'s career.
PRESSING DETAILS
• R.E.M. – Three • 2011 Record Store Day Exclusive • Warner Bros. Records • 3 × 7" / 45 RPM vinyl set • Three individual artwork sleeves • Original collector outer packaging • Original hype stickers retained • Catalog: S 527426 • UPC: 093624958222
CONDITION
Outer Sleeve / Collector Packaging: VG – Shows normal signs of storage and handling consistent with the grade. Please review photographs closely for exact condition.
Media: VG+ to Near Mint – All three 7" records are exceptionally clean with minimal evidence of handling or play.
Complete set with all three records, individual sleeves, collector packaging and original hype stickers.
A particularly interesting R.E.M. collectible because Three comes from the band's final album era. R.E.M. announced their breakup only months after this Record Store Day release, making the set a snapshot of the closing chapter of one of alternative rock's most important bands.
Excellent addition for collectors of R.E.M., Record Store Day releases, 7" singles, alternative rock and Warner Bros. vinyl.
Will be carefully packed to protect both the individual singles and outer collector packaging during shipment. Please review all photographs for exact condition and completeness.
