"Unplugged 1991 - 2001 The Complete Sessions" by R.E.M., released in 2014 in conjunction w/ Record Store Day. It seems hazy as to how many copies were made, though reliable sources claim 2500 copies worldwide. 
4 page gatefold jacket and all 4 LPs are NM-, never played!
