REM VINYL fall on me LP 12" Single w/ 2 NON LP Tracks SEALED Toys In The Attic

This is a SEALED 12" Maxi-Single of one of REM's great early tunes "Fall On Me" from their 1986 release "Life's Rich Pageant", and includes the Non-LP tracks "Rotary Ten" and a cover version of AEROSMITH'S hard rock classic "Toys In The Attic". Interesting pick for this typically non-hard rock band. This is a UK pressing from IRS Records and is in really super shape even after over 30 years ;( Even considering the typical very light card stock used in the UK at the time, this cover has only one corner with a minor bend wrinkle, the other corners being in surprisingly great shape. There is no spine on this, it is very thin, and of course the vinyl inside is unplayed. We have sold lots of REM, and it's often quickly, so get this one while you can, any original vintage sealed vinyl is getting harder and harder to get at a reasonable price. Check out our store full of dozens of other sealed original LPs, as well as scarce / rare vinyl you may not find anywhere else.    Thanks for looking in our store. If you haven't shopped with us before, check out our feedback to see you can buy here with confidence. It is always important to READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION and VIEW ALL PHOTOS. I'm sorry to our regulars, I have had some physical issues that have impeded me from posting much lately, I'll try harder lol.     We've been selling on eBay for awhile now, having stopped for a slew of surgeries and now retired from employment because of it. So, we're opening up a record store where it will be easier for me to stay active with my issues, and all proceeds from sales of our (mostly rare / scarce) vinyl goes towards making our store a reality (building records racks now, and our CD racks are full!). I post here as often as I can, please message if you're looking for something in particular. WE MAIL UNTO OTHERS AS WE WOULD HAVE THEM MAIL TO US! This will be by Media Mail, which is a bit slower but allows us to ship all US vinyl purchases FREE! We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours. To all our regulars, its good to be back and we look forward to hearing from you. If you ever see wrong information in our listings, let us know, we love the trivia and always strive to be accurate. Thanks for looking, and good luck on your search for amazing music.                                                                                      Greg and Michelle Mitchell
