Description

R.E.M.s Debut EP 'Chronic Town' released in 1982 on I.R.S Records Cat. #SP 70502 with a Gold Promo Stamp on the Back Cover - Excellent Condition!
The vinyl is in Excellent - Excellent Plus Condition with one a few barely visible surface scuffs. Both sides have been fully play tested and the EP sounds Awesome and Tracked Perfect. Also the labels are in great shape with no markings of signs of wear and the spindle hole has only very very very light marks.

The cover is in Very Good Plus Condition! It is solid with no seem splits though there is light edge wear, very minor corner bumps and faint signs of ring wear on the front of th cover. The back of the cover has a Gold Promo Stamp that reads 'Loaned for Promotion Only, Not for Sale, Ownership and All rights Reserved"

Included is the Original I.R.S. Inner Sleeve in Excellent Plus Condition!

This Version of 'Chronic Town' is One of the Pressing with the Gargoyle Labels. It was pressed by Electrosound Group Midwest and Released in 1982. Original recordd in Winston Salem, NC in October of 1981.
