The record has extremely minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks!). Both labels are clean and have the very faintest of spindle marks. Looks barely played and grades near mint condition.

As you can see in the picture, the 'demonstration only...' is stamped into the back of the sleeve!

The main sleeve has the very faintest of edge wear(barely noticeable). Extremely minimal corner wear, otherwise crisp corners. The very faintest of ring wear/rubbing marks(barely noticeable). No splits. No tears and grades excellent plus condition.
