CONDITION OF COVER . . . E+
CONDITION OF DISC . . . . . E-

The back cover is cryptically autographed in pencil by the four members: "Resident," "The Resident," RESI DENT" & "Be My Resident." All in different, distinctive handwriting styles. I am guessing this copy was signed at a live concert circa 1982 at the Post Building in Washington. Pressed on appetizing light brown colored vinyl. Textured cover enhances the arresting cover illustration. Both cover & disc look quite beautiful with a minimum of wear. Contains the tasteful kraft paper inner sleeve printed with lyrics & the original two foot by two foot Mark of the Mole poster. (The Residents LP Mark of the Mole Ralph Records RZ 8152).

CONDITION OF COVER: No stains, tears, stickers, writing, seam splits, tape or cut-out marks. Really negligible ring wear & minimal corner banging on just two of the corners. One very lightly abraided area measures less than one by one inch. Nice sharp print & rich color. The spine has a minor dent, but the print is all readable. Label is in excellent condition. Sharp-cut spindle hole has an eighth inch of miniscule paper separation. The blemished are all a trifling.

CONDITION OF DISC: No scratches or skips. A few light surface scuffs. The platter has a nice reflective sheen. No warps. Listener is unlikely to detect anything but very faint surface noise. Disc is sleeved in a protective, static-free padded inner sleeve. (Matrix # KM 6411).
