rare original first RESIDENTS 1972 2x7" relesase in MINT condition, this is one of the few remaining records send out without cover (due to deterioration) , I will enclose a print of the cover so you can make your own! ( I am happy to have a complete record and cover Santa dog so now I can sell this one that I have kept for years in my collection)   http://www.residents.com/bh/SANTADOG.htm

just to add to the story/history of the Sana Dog 2x7" here is a quote from the Cryptic guide : " Santa Dog was producedas an edition of 500 pieces...100 sets of records and sleeve were lost in transit after pressing, these were later recovered, but most were not in good shape. 100 additional sleeves were rejected due to printing defects, and were thrown away.This left 400 complete sets of records and sleeves (not all of them perfect) and 100 extra pairs of records"

This is one of these 100 extra pairs of records in MINT condition.

"initially 300 of the complete sets were sent out to friends and personalities...280 were received the rest came back in the mail. The remaining sets were sold with an extra pair of records in the first Ralph Records Catalog."
