This record is the first & original release of the mega sampled speech : "My House" spoken by Chuck Roberts. It was later re-released on Desire records as "Can You Feel It (Remix)" from Fingers Inc. (Larry Heard). Note these versions owns some singing parts that not features the others releases (This is my house & my music, ...)

The acapella is a little more than that...! First you have the Chuck Roberts acapella, then you have a short instrumental piece which then becomes the full Can You Feel It version with the accapella over it (Larry Heard is uncredited here!) Basically it is both sides of the Desire release of Fingers Inc plus a little more!

My House to me is the epitome of house. The song just has so much emotion for me, maybe it's all the times I have heard the acappella played by DJ's over the top of some other random record. But for me the original cannot be topped. Cost me an absolute fortune for this record but believe me if you have the chance to buy one do not miss it. No collection is complete without it.
This record is in good condition, it has a number of light surface marks i think from removing it from the cover as it didn't have an innersleeve until now, plays fine, has a sticker on the cover and Tommy written on the label.

RECORD GRADING SYSTEM
MINT – new, never played
EXCELLENT – played a handful of times maximum
VERY GOOD – played, may have the odd surface mark
GOOD – played, surface marks but nothing that affects the audio
USED – played, surface marks, may have the odd crackle
Where applicable extra information will be given.
Most records other than MINT have been labeled either on the cover or on the record label or both.
The record and the covers are usually in a similar condition.
All records are checked on a Technics SL1210 Turntable.

All records are sent in Industry standard Record Mailers, stiffeners are added where appropriate.
