HERE IT IS! RAREST OF THE RAREST GEORGIA/NORTHERN SOUL.
I HAVE LOOKED FOR THIS RECORD TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT AND I COULD NOT.
I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL RECORD EXPERTS AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE EVER HEARD OF THIS RECORD.
RICHARD MARKS, I KNOW RECORDED FOR TRAGAR AND TUSKA BUT THIS IS ONE THE NOTE LABEL.
AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTO IT IS A PROMO COPY.
THE SONGS ON THE 45 ARE "LIVING MY LIFE (DAY BY DAY)" AND "UPS AND DOWN"
BOTH SONGS WERE WRITTEN BY RICHARD MARKS AND BILL WRIGHT.
IT WAS RECORDED AT THE NEW LONDON STUDIOS BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA 1974 BY TRAGAR PUB. INC
I have looked high and low and could not find another one. This may be the only one in existence. if there are other ones out there it can only be a few.

Mint Mint - a near perfect probably unplayed record.
VG++ - Very Good Plus Plus- close to like new with only superficial signs of use that does not affect play.
VG+ Very Good Plus - the record shows some signs of having been played, but there is a little deterioration in sound quality.
VG Very Good - a used, reasonable copy. Signs of wear and the possible light surface noise between tracks or during quiet spaces, but still nice.
VG- Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
