Description

Up for auction from 1959 Richie Valens Debut LP Del Fi Records DBLP-1201 First Pressing which has the (Black Border) with "Misprinted Jacket" early Label variation w/ "I Got A Gal Named Sue" printed on the jacket back w/ no "That's My Little Suzie" only on the Label. COVER: is VG++ Has mild shelf wear with the only real flaw being a small ding to the bottom right opening corner which has a small 1/2" split starting, and overall just a bit of discoloration on the back from it's 57 years of age still has deep vivid colors to the front portrait. RECORD: Side1. is a strong VG+ Has lots of angel hairlines, and light needle scratches a few I can just catch with my nail, and two noticeable scuffs is overall still glossy. Side2. is VG++ Is like the first side without the scuffs, and much less hairlines nothing I can feel is overall very glossy clean as both sides play strong with just a bit of mild crackling more in the quieter passages. LABELS: Are very clean with some light spindle marks. Comes with a protective generic inner sleeve. Overseas bidders please e mail me for shipping prices as I do insist on Tracking. Thanks and Good Luck.
