Description
This is without any doubt the most exclusive and best sounding issue ever of the Rickie Lee Jones classic self titled LP, which includes the superb "Chuck E.'s in Love". This edition was mastered and pressed by Nimbus Records exclusively for readers of the UK Hi-Fi magazine "HI-FI TODAY" and was only available in very limited numbers via mail-order. This issue was a very limited run and very quickly became a highly sought after collectors item. Nimbus supercuts are now even rarer than Mobile Fidelity releases. The quality of this pressing is incredible – this truly is the definitive sounding pressing and an absolute must for any collection!!! The sleeve is in near mint condition and still has the original gold Nimbus Records sleeve sticker intact. The vinyl is unmarked and has only ever been played on top quality Linn equipment. It has NIMBUS in the runout groove and has just a few spindle marks on the label. It is very hard to find Nimbus Supercuts in this condition today.
