My favourite Italian library ever and certainly one of the best record coming out from Italy. Quintessential record for the library world and the one that best catches the library music job in adding music to movies and documentaries. Also used as the complete soundtrack for the amazing 1972 RaiTv 5-episodes documentary SAPERE: IL PETROLIO. Music by Rino De Filippi with Alessandro Alessandroni (at the guitar) backed by I Marc 4 plus I Cantori moderni di Alessandroni vocal group. Unbelievable, unique and complex industrial mood music from jazz, funk, bossa and more... The whole record is just mindmelting with the breathless scat modal jazz COLTIVAZIONI, the psychedelic industrial funk ALTOFORNO (with wild flute solo), the incredible harpsichord bossa EDILIZIA (with fantastic tempo change), the exquisite psychedelic scat vocal jazz AGRARIA, the Lesiman-esque obsessive funk CALCOLATORE ELETTRONICO (with ultra fat bassline and freaky electronics), the stellar harpsichord scat lounge jazz bossa BENESSERE INDUSTRIALE, the weird strings laden COMPLESSO TESSILE, the very "Alessandroni - Ritmo dell'Industria" style obsessive beat MONTAGGIO A CATENA and so on...
