DESCRIPTION
Rita Lee - “Rita Hits” Som Livre Records (Brazil) 403.6315 (Stereo) from 1984. Hard to find Original 1984 First Pressing Brazilian Import of this great Latin Pop / Rock Hits Album from Rita Lee! The Os Mutantes founding member does a medley of 21 of her Hits. The back cover credits Rita e Roberto her duo with husband Roberto de Carvalho who is also pictured with her on the included Calendar / Poster Insert. I am not clear if he performs on the LP but he did co-write many of the songs. In the Original Cover with No Cutouts, Promo markings or Barcode. Includes the Original Picture and Notes Inner Sleeve and the aforementioned Poster Insert Sheet both of which are printed on Heavy Cardstock material.
CONDITION
The Sleeve is in nice shape. There is some very slight shelf wear - really just a touch of dirtiness on the light colored cover - and corner softening. There is a slight bit of edge creasing. Super solid with no splits, tears, stains, writing, cutouts, etc. and should rate EX. The Vinyl itself is in pristine Glossy condition looking barely played and possibly even Unplayed. If you really look closely you might be able to spot a light scuff or two but still very close to New condtion and easily Near Mint. The labels are Near Mint as is the Inner Sleeve and Poster.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.
