ROBERT JOHNSON King Of The Delta Blues Singers LP NM

ROBERT JOHNSON

King Of The Delta Blues Singers

COLUMBIA CL 1654

Rare early pressing LP in jaw-dropping NM condition.

Simply: without Robert Johnson music today would not be as it is. These blues are haunting and haunted, frightful and frightening. This is the soul of man.

Check out the album cover and then read this quote:

"With a certain kind of blues music, you can sit down and play it...you may have to lean forward a little." -- Bob Dylan, 1966

If you have an copy of Dylan's Bringing It All Back Home, look closely at the photo. You'll see this record lying on the table.

Jacket shows only some light and minor wear. No rips, no splits. No tape, no writing. See photos.

Vinyl boasts original shine, gloss and luster. It looks as if rarely if ever played. I'll easily grade at NM.

All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
