Description

Robert Nighthawk on States 131 from 1953 - Maggie Campbell / The Moon Is Rising in VG / VG+.

I will be listing a group of rare blues 78s that are doubles where I have managed to upgrade copies. All the records were in my collection at one time and I have graded them by combining my view of the visual look of the record with how it plays (which I consider to be the key element as some visually high grade records sound poor and some scuffy records play great) in itself and in comparison to the upgraded copy and will admit to a tiny amount of rarity grading as some of these records very rarely come up for sale and  I consider  they have all been graded and priced appropriately. I did want to try and add sound clips but at this time this proved beyond my limited technical abilities. If you would like to hear any of the records listed e-mail me and I can play them over the phone.

I am open to trades but if you are interested in trading then please bear in my mind the type and rarity of the records I have listed and let me know what  similar items you might have available for trade. I have more rare records that I may list if there is interest in this group of listings. I am also happy to consider offers especially if it is for more than one record.

I have been collecting 78s for quite some time and know how to pack safely for UK or international shipping. Notwithstanding the new ebay policy of setting postal rates appropriate only for sending fragile records in  paper envelopes records will be properly packed and sent at cost with tracking and insurance at the level requested by the buyer so please wait for an invoice before sending payment.
