ROBERT PETE WILLIAMS ~ Free Again ~ PRESTIGE BLUESVILLE BVLP 1026 RVG
This is a VERY clean US first pressing of Robert Pete Williams' "Free Again", issued in
1961 on the Prestige Bluesville label, BVLP 1026. Bergenfield N.J. 1st pressing, (Rudy Van
Gelder) RVG stamped dead wax.
Front and back covers are remarkably clean and uncreased, kept so by the original shrink
wrapping still present. The spines are unworn, there's barely any wear to the extreme
corners, the rear writing is clear, minimal shelf wear.
Both labels are clean, with one or two light spindle marks. The vinyl surface has no
scratches, just a few sleeve removal type wispy marks. The playback is generally clean,
with the odd tick now and then, no consistent background or signs of being over-played.
