wouldn't this be a great gift for someone you know...or for yourself?!)   ROBERT PLANT - Part 1 King Biscuit Flower Hour Airdate January 29, 1984     This is an auction for a very rare, promotional-only 1984 radio show on one vinyl LP.  Radio shows like this commonly issued shows in separate parts, meant to be played on their own, each as a complete show.  The fact that it was issued with a single track on one side makes it a bit different from their regular shows.    This was received at a southeastern radio station in 1984.  It is a 2-sided vinyl LP, with one side being live concert songs from 1983, beautifully recorded, and the other side an exclusive live version of the track "In The Mood".  I'm told that all are stunning tracks, with "In The Mood" being especially beautiful--the kind of recordings that King Biscuit is famous for.

I don't throw the word "rare" around lightly--this LP is VERY hard to find...this is the only copy of this record my DJ brother has ever seen (and he doesn't recall ever seeing the part 2 album).
This was played one time on the air in 1984.  The album is in its original black sleeve, with gold promotional info imprinted on it; a copy of the cue sheet, as well as a copy of a cover letter from the producer, is included.
