ROBERT RUTMAN / U.S. STEEL CELLO ENSEMBLE : Sounds of Nothing LP (Art Supermarket [USA] AS1001) 1976.

Record is Near Mint (our highest grade for an opened record). Cover is VG with two moderately bent/creased corners, a 1" split in the middle of the top seam, and some light stains/discoloration on front and back (not too conspicuous -- see photos). These covers are made of really cheap and flimsy paper so they rarely turn up in top condition.

Original copy of the first and rarest LP by American avant garde composer/instrument builder Robert Rutman, performed on his homemade sheet-metal instruments, privately released in 1976.

One track for solo bow chime, one with Indian singer Kalpana Mazumder accompanied by Bow Chime, and one side-long piece for bow chime and single string steel cello.
