VERY RARE 3 LP SET
for week ending
OCTOBER 8, 1983
Up for your review is a full set of the “ROCK USA” LP radio show that was delivered for on-air play. The show was distributed by the Mutual Broadcasting Company and was for on-air broadcast the weekend of October 8, 1983. This 37 year old set is complete with the three (3) vinyl LP’s along with original cue sheets, that detail each song and commercial break. This set is a virtual time-capsule, as the vintage/original audio commercials are featured as well! All of this is housed in a “Rock USA” cardboard box.

An early set like this is even harder to find due to the limited number of broadcasts and radio affiliates. The show only lasted about a year. These Radio Show LP’s were distributed in Limited Numbers and not many have survived.

We have owned this collectible set since new and it was played only once on-air. The LP’s look in Excellent Condition. There is very little wear to the outer box. The LP’s are each in their own sleeve. We have written the name and date in ink along the side (for reference when standing upright on shelf). For the last 15+ years the set has been kept in a plastic LP sleeve and is included (see photos).
This Hard-To-Find original LP set is from our Radio Station archives and has been kept in Climate-Controlled environment with NO Pets, NO Smoking & NO Unusual Odors!
