On Aug-03-09 at 19:23:19 PDT, seller added the following information:

A local record dealer looked at this LP and told me he would have put Near Mint if not Mint on the cover and NM on the vinyl since there are sleeve marks and had it not had the sleeve marks it would have been mint. In the pictures of both sides of the vinyl there is a hair on my lens that shows up on the left side of the vinyl picture so just to let you know it is not a scratch on the vinyl.
