Up for BIN or best offer consideration is a rare private press power pop ish 80s rock LP. This is a rare one that's barely googleable so it might be a long time before another copy comes up. Musical content borders on power pop, AOR, and pop. This is a two sided release with the same A and B sides, that's the same 4 tracks on each side.  
Tracks can be seen on the record label. 
COVER GRADES VG+ with consistent light wear only. Cover has a few creases near the top seam and remnants of an old price tag. 
DISC GRADES VG+ with light wear only, light scuffs that remain mostly/entirely inaudible.
