Super Rare 1992 Pushead promo release #5 0F 75!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ROCKET FROM THE CRYPT "CUT IT LOOSE/GLAZED" one-sided 7" on pink marbled vinyl w/ cloth fold out sleeve and 2 inserts, on is numbered. vinyl and sleeve and insert is in ex cond. The top of the #erd insert has an extremely slight bit of crinkle to it. The cloth is super clean! This is the fanclub version and I do believe it is phase 1 of the pushead fanclub releases.
