Description: Extremely rare and seldom seen Texas funk/soul album from Rocky Gil on the original Tear Drop label. Seasoned collectors have been hunting for Rocky Gil's 45 singles for a good time now and when they turn up they exchange hands for beaucoup $$. But hardly anyone knows there's also an album (on Tear Drop) that includes all those killer tracks like "Its Not The End", "Oily" (version of the Juggy classic), "Oh Dragon" (version of Marvin Holme's "Ooh Ooh The Dragon") and so on. Don't confuse this with the same titled album on Crazy Cajun from 1978 wich basically is a reissue. This is the real deal folks! And what a pristine copy too. Still in the original shrinkwrap and the vinyl hardly had any needle time. Very clean! Finding a (better) copy is gonna be a mission - your's - if you decide to accept it. Deadly rare lp but no reserve so happy bidding to all.

GRADING:
MINT ---- Mint means perfect. No flaws whatsoever. I only use this grade for sealed or unplayed records in it's original shrinkwrap.
NEAR MINT ---- Otherwise mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not affect play. Cover will still be in the original shrinkwrap.
EXCELLENT ---- The record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. Not too far from perfect. On a disc, there might be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of sleeve and some of the original luster may be lost. A light scratch that does not affect play is acceptably EX for most collectors.
VERY GOOD+ ---- Between EXCELLENT & VERY GOOD
VERY GOOD ---- Record displays visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. Some audible surface noise, but should not overwhelm the musical experience. Usually a cover is VG when one or two of these problems are evident: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc.
