ROD STEWART
AN OLD RAINCOAT WON'T EVER LET YOU DOWN
Label: VERTIGO ~ Cat No: VO 4
On offer here is the CLASSIC ROD STEWART Album "AN OLD RAINCOAT" from 1969.
This is the Original "VERTIGO" Pressing with the Vinyl in EX- CONDITION!!!
This album is a favourite of mine and has been played a few times, but it has been carefully stored and unplayed for over 30 years. The Vinyl really is in BEAUTIFUL ORDER, with just some inner sleeve withdrawal marks and light surface marks/scuffs which in no way detract from this classic album. I played the album today, prior to listing and can confirm that it SOUNDS SUPERB!!!!
There is the odd low level pop and click and a touch of surface noise, but this is only audible in the quietest passages, but there are NO heavy clicks or pops and NO skips or jump, just OUTSTANDING AUDIO!!!
The labels are in SUPERB ORDER with NO writing, NO grubby marks and just the lightest of spindle marks. SUPERB!
The Gatefold Cover is in EXCELLENT+ CONDITION, with Virtually NO edge or spine wear (see photo's).
THIS IS A VERY NICE EXAMPLE AND WORTHY OF PLACEMENT IN ANY GOOD COLLECTION!!!
I WILL BE LISTING MORE CLASSIC AND HARD TO FIND ALBUMS OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS, SO KEEP LOOKING!!!
