Description

This is the very rare original edition of Rod Stewart's first UK LP entitled "An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down," issued in 1969 in the UK on Vertigo Records on their very distinctive swirl label (see the third picture). The record looks shiny mint and plays a strong mint minus. The gatefold cover is in real nice condtition: totally intact with some VERY small creasing in the corners from being put away on a shelf, absolutely no trace of any seamsplits, and my initials written in small letters on the back cover (I am the original owner of the LP and I have always taken great care of my records). The inside paper sleeve has the original swirl pattern and has a small inch-and-a-half tear on one side emanating from the center hole. All-in-all, this is a rare LP in particularly nice condition.

Buyer agrees to add $4.00 for Media Postage in the US or Canada (or can opt for $9 Priority postage) or $16 for international airpost (sorry but I have to exclude delivery to Italy due to the uncertainty of packages from the US to Italy. The LP will go out soon after payment is received.
