Description
Here is a lovely UK vinyl copy of Rod Stewart's second LP, Gasoline Alley, on the earliest Vertigo swirl label from 1970.
The first press heavily textured 'cobbled' effect gatefold sleeve is a joy to hold in this very presentable VG condition, still very strong with fully readable spinal text, no unwanted writing and no sticker damage and just some age-related corner/shelf wear and a wavy effect to the bottom corners.
The disc with unblemished large swirl Vertigo labels is also in strong VG condition, with just light wispy surface marks/scuffs and certainly no feelable scratches noticeable when closely examined under strong halogen light.
Good luck if you are bidding - I carefully pack vinyl using professional packaging and post with the disc removed from the sleeve to prevent knifing during transit.
