Grading System: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, cassettes and CDs. We adhere as closly as possible to this grading standard. The seven standard condition categories, and a description of what each one means, are listed below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD:The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

- Ebay have recently Implemented Free shipping on records within the UK which i do offer but please note the following : Free shipping is via Standard 2nd Class and i only ship these items once a week on a monday . I would advise using our second shipping option which is £2.00 this will send your item via 1st Class Recorded Delivery (fully Insured), We ship 1st class 4 times a week which will mean you will get your item MUCH QUICKER than the free service (post office permiting).
- All items are packaged in professional mailers suitable for the item ordered (Cd's/DVDs in padded envelopes,Vinyl in Cardboard mailers with extra stiffeners to prevent damage) Please be aware that we actively look to reuse packaging whenever possible ,rest assured every item we send will be suitably protected , but if you have any problems with this please do not bid.
- Shipping and handling within the UK (United Kingdom) varies between items please check in the box below where a number of options are avalible.
- Items will be shipped by registered mail, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (though most items arrive within a few days)
- We ship to most countries worldwide , these countries are listed below in the postage and packaging section.
- International Shipping rates vary.Please check before bidding. Any International item that sells for over £19.99 will have to be sent via airsure/international signed for so please wait for us to quote you a shipping cost via invoice before paying.
