Hello.

To raise funds to go to see Roger Waters in Nov. here I am listing my Columbia Roger Waters "Amused to Death" original double LP set. I hate to do it, but it's value prohibits "me" from playing it and it's time for it to be in someone elses collection.

I bought this brand new sealed in the 90's. I played one side once, the "Three Wishes" side I recall. Thats it. I owned the Mastersound CD as well so this LP set Stayed put away. It was played on my ex Optonica granite base 40lb table with a Audio Technica ML-440 MM cartridge which long ago found a new home. It was a quality TT.

This LP set is recorded in Q-sound.....a technology that wraps the sound around you, seriously, from behind, up in the corners...amazing from only two front speakers. This recording is one you show off your system I assure you.

This is the REAL original 1992 pressing, not the lesser 180 gram reissue you see for sale. I searched ALL OVER the web and could only find one copy of the one I offer here for sale in the world for $684.00. I did find one that sold on Ebay in March of this year, no shrink for $599.00. I think with him touring his rarer items have reached high demand, seeing as this is probably going to be the last time, sadly, we will be able to witness anything original Pink Floyd in concert.

The vinyls are flawless as I can tell. The 16 page book is minty, no tears in sleeves, labels flawless. A couple light fingerprints on a sleeve I did see. Also very slight edge wear at opening shown in one photo from shelf storage. Thats it. Nicest copy you will find I feel without getting a mint sealed copy. I never removed the shrink, only slitting the end open to access the vinyl. The black sticker is nice stating "Limited Edition 2 Album vinyl set mastered direct to Lacquer from original analogue tapes".

Sticker states 1992 Sony Music Entertainment. Columbia number is 01-468761-20. It has been stored in a thick protective LP sleeve. The music tracks are as follows:
