San Francisco: Craig Luckin, 1978. Original press kit for Roky Erickson and the Aliens, the first formal documentation of Erickson's return to music and to the San Francisco music scene in 1974. Probably the most complete compilation of interviews, discography, features, and biographical information relating to Erickson published in the 1970s.A surprisingly formal document from a legendarily unfocused and wild period, intended to promote an artist whose only guarantee to a manager or record label was to be able to fill small clubs.

Illustrated two-color card wrappers, bound with a black velo binding. 50 pages, including  4 sets of lyrics printed on card stock.

Excellent condition, no tears or scuffs. Very slight discolouration along edges due to age.
