1st Pressing Australian Stereo VINYL LP

 

Catalogue Number:

  • Decca SKLA 7591

Description:

  • 1964 first pressing Australian stereo LP

  • Unboxed Decca logo on label and "Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound" inscription

  • Matrix numbers ZAL-6493-1A and ZAL-6494-1A

  • 12 x 5 is the second American Rolling Stones LP and it was was also issued in Australia

  • The track Congratulations is misspelled "Congradulations" on the back cover

Condition:

  • Record: Both sides are graded EXCELLENT. The vinyl is bright and shiny and it plays perfectly

  • Labels:  VERY GOOD with moderate spindle marks. There is a small area of sticker damage on the side 1 label where a promo sticker has been removed at some point (see picture below)

  • Sleeve: VERY GOOD An ever-present problem with this release is ring wear and this copy is no different. Heavy ring wear is present on the unlaminated front cover with lighter ring wear on the back. Moderate scuffing to the top and bottom seams, but no splits or other damage/defects. The spine is perfect and fully readable
