ROLLING STONES 1st LP * 1st UK PRESS 2.52 version of 'Tell Me' in the 'Mona' sleeve *
Great 1964 Original 1st Stereo UK pressing : DECCA LK 4605 (Unboxed Red/Silver Label, Matrix XARL6271-1A, XARL6272-1A)
Incredibly Rare. Has the 2.52 version of 'Tell Me' - (a much better version than the longer one)
And just to put the icing on the cake - It has its original MONA sleeve !!!!!!
Side 1: Route 66 - I Just wanna make love to you - Honest I do - Mona - Now I've got a witness - Little by Little.
Side 2: I'm a king bee - Carol - Tell me - Can I get a witness - You can make it if you try - Walking the dog.
Record and the sleeve are both VG. Although obviously played and enjoyed, the record plays fantastic with no major ticks or clicks !!! while the sleeve has a few tiny tears at the opening and a small fold in the flipback on the rear (see Pic) : This is still A great copy and unreasonably rare.
