Description
After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This week I'm going through some Rolling Stones records I have. Next week it'll be back to all Beatles!
On offer here is a beautful stereo copy of the Rolling Stones LP 'Bit Hits (High Tide and Green Grass)' on the Decca logo. This press is on the green Decca logo which is unboxed, but without the 'Decca' ridge and with the JT taxcode, indicating that this copy was pressed from 1968-1969.
These copies were only around for a short while! This particular style of label, produced after Decca did away with the ridge and before they changed the logo, did not hang around for long, only being produced for a year or so. This would have been issued when Big Hits Vol. 2 would have been released, and Beggars Banquet and Let It Bleed. By then sales for the older LPs would have gone right down!
A hard to find pressing of this LP in an exceptional condition!

The cover is holding up exceptionally well with just some light wear in places. The front has just a light amount of dirt buildup on the laminate, but the front is laying near-flat to the cover. The corners are still looking pretty sharp and there's no real wear, creasing or anything on the front! The top is just showing some very light scuff-wear and has no tears or splits. same with the bottom. The spine is boxed and has not crushed or worn, and is looking exceptional! Back cover is clean with a lovely, thick laminate. There's just a very light hint of disc impression and lovely sharp corners. The inside is, again, looking exceptional with the booklet included and stapled in tight. The pages are crisp and uncreased with full, rich colour. The back page does have just a very slight wear in the darker border. Overall this cover is looking good! Inner Sleeve: VG++

The original Decca stereo inner sleeve is included. It's holding fine with no splits or tears and just come light creasing in the corners. The grading is a little low as the inner sleeve has yellowed a little with a little, light browning along the mouth edge. But, overall, the inner sleeve is looking good! Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : EX+/NM-

The playing surface is exceptional with a beautifully crisp shine to it and nothing more than a few very light, faint, barely visible little scuffs. Beautiful vinyl!.

The labels are beautiful with a rich green colour and sharp silver text. Both labels literally have one or two very light, faint little solitary spindlemarks and no wear at all around the centrehole. Top labels!.
