ROLLING STONES - "BEGGARS BANQUET"
RARE ABSOLUTE 100% ORIGINAL 1st British Pressing from 1968 MONAURAL Record Album on DECCA (LK 4955)
CONDITION OF THE RECORD: FAIR ** while both sides retain almost all of their original gloss, there are numerous scratches on both sides. some are short, some are long. not all of them are audible but a good deal of them are (ranging from a constant backround crackle to the ocassional louder 'pops' at times. we have played this record all of the way through on a very sensitive record player and there we no skips not are there any repeats (sticks). Parts of this record definetly play better than other parts. this is not a trashed copy ** there are no serious deep gouges ** this is a decent collection filler copy without having to spend a mortgage payment for a top copy. The Record Labels have a few short spindle trails & a few long spindle trails on each side
GATEFOLD COVER CONDITION: VG+ ** the cover is much nicer than the record is - there are no seam splits, no writing, no torn spots. mainly some signs of handling, very light wear at the corners, light wear along the right hand edge & several light creases (also several small lightly pitted spots on the front & back sides (the original owner of this stored it next to the Sticky Fingers Zipper Cover). Also laminated on the front & back sides. the inside of the gatefold shows only some very light signs of storage ring wear in several spots.
