THE ROLLING STONES - Exile On Main Street - 2LP UK 1972 Complete with 12 mint postcards in one strip with an extra flexi single.

Matrix Nos:-

Side 1: COC 69100 A2   ST-RS-722507

Side 2: COC 69100 B1   ST-RS-722508

Side 3: COC 69100 C2   ST-RS-722509

Side 4: COC 69100 D2   ST-RS-722510

All have Rolling Stones Records scratched above the ST numbers which are also scratched. The COC numbers are stamped and there is a little Artisan logo in the run-outs. The sleeve and inners are printed by Shorewood Packaging Co Ltd.

The outer sleeve and inners are in near mint condition, no ringwear, tears, creases, or writing. I could only include the front of the inners in the pictures as there was no more space, but their backs are also mint. The labels are very clean with some spindle marks. The vinyl is also in near mint condition, despite the spindle marks, no scratches, pops, sticks, jumps or warps. I think I noticed maybe two or three very light clicks over the whole four sides and I had it playing pretty loud. Just clean, rich, stereo sound. It was even quiet on the lead-ins and run-outs. An excellent pressing. In the 70's it was only played on a Goldring Lenco transcription deck, I never lent this one out.

The 12 postcards are in mint condition, all completely joined and folded in fours. The picture of the postcards is two pictures joined, all 12 postcards are in one strip. The flexi single did not come with the LP, it was a freebee with the NME at the time. I played it and it does have surface noise. I had to put an extra weight on the cartridge to make it play through. I don't think these were meant to be played with a weight of 1.5 grams.

I had to join some of the pictures together to make up the 12 allowed but i can supply more if required as I know how condition is paramount.
