This is the UK 1st press of Exile On Main Street by Rolling Stones. This press is complete with the earliest A1 / B2 / C1 / D1 matrix and the earliest heavy vinyl. It is complete with the original printed inner sleeves, the original white inner sleeves and box style gatefold sleeve.
The records are in Excellent condition. The vinyl is exceptionally glossy and shows little sign of play at all, there are just a few light wispy hairlines on each side. The labels are extremely clean, the yellow is bright, the text is sharp and there is only the very slightest spindle wear
The 1st press inner sleeves are in Near Mint condition. The colours are extremely bright and the text is unworn. The edges are still exceptionally firm with no edge splits or feathering at all.
The 1st press gatefold sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The grey is bright and the text is sharp. The inside is extremely clean and the photos are sharp. The inside opening edge is firm with no feathering at all. There is a small tape mark on the bottom edge. The sleeve has some very light corner and edge wear. The spine is firm and the whole cover still feels exceptionally solid.
