Description
ROLLING STONES ORIGINAL “BEGGARS BANQUET” DECCA 1968 GATEFOLD VINYL LP
A stereo, Decca label, original Rolling Stones “Beggars Banquet” LP from 1968 in good condition.
The vinyl is heavy and there are slight surface marks and light scratches but these do not appear to have affected the sound quality. There is a slight crackle between some tracks. This LP would have been played a lot when we bought it back in 1968 and it has been played this week for the first time in over 25 years.
The matrix codes are Side 1: XZAL 8476 3K Side 2: XZAL8477 3K
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in very good condition apart from a small mark on the front, wear on the outer corners and some indent marks on the back. The inside is very good.
The inner sleeve is original I believe and in good condition.
Also included with this lot is a 12 page A5 leaflet "The Rolling Stones - A Complete list of their Decca Recordings" the back of which is slightly damanged. This has been found in our record case and as this is a Decca label LP thought I may as well add it. It I am not a record expert; I am a retired lady who is starting to sell off some of our record collection. All the records I will be placing on eBay are LP’s we purchased new back in the day. We looked after our records and many were stored in plastic outer sleeves to protect the covers.
LP’s will be sent in purpose made despatch cartons and will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Any item that sells for over £20 will need to be signed for and my postage rates reflect these costs. I am not attempting to profit from postage charges. I combine and reduce postage if more than one LP is to be posted to the same buyer – if that is the case, please await invoice before payment via PayPal.
If you have any questions please ask via eBay messages. Thank you for looking.
