THIS ORIGINAL MONO UK PRESSING SOUNDS AWESOMEAT HIGH VOLUME (IN MY OPINION ONE OF THE BEST THAT I HAVE HEARD) CRISTAL CLEAR AND VIBRANT FOR AN AMAIZING 48 YEARS OLD (UNBELIEVABLE) THIS IS A LOUDER CUT THAN OTHERS I HAVE HEARD!!!!!!

 Out of Our Heads is The Rolling Stones' third UK album and their fourth in the US. It was released in 1965 through their original distributors (Decca Records in the UK and London Records in the US), but with significant differences in both territories.

Initially issued in July 1965 in America (featuring an alternate shot from the same photo session that graced the cover of 12 X 5 and The Rolling Stones No. 2), Out of Our Heads was a mish-mash of studio recordings over a six month period, including hit single "The Last Time" and worldwide smash "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" as well as a sampling from the UK-only live EP got LIVE if you want it!. Riding the wave of "Satisfaction"'s success, Out of Our Heads became The Rolling Stones' first US #1 album, eventually going platinum. In 2003, this US edition was listed as number 114 on the List of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

With the benefit of new songs being recorded that September, the British Out of Our Heads - with a different album cover - dropped the live track and recent hit singles (as singles rarely featured on albums in the UK in those times), and added exclusive songs that would surface later in 1965 in the US on December's Children (And Everybody's), in addition to songs that hadn't been released in the UK thus far. Issued later that September, Out of Our Heads reached #2 in the UK charts behind The Beatles' Help!. It would also be The Rolling Stones' last UK album to predominantly feature R&B covers, with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards becoming far more prolific writers before 1965 was out.

THE VINYL

This is the original and heavier and thicker\deeper grooved type of vinyl only found on these early pressings!!! Later press were much more flimsier and less robust!!.

On visual inspection the vinyl lays perfectly flat on the turntable and still retains its original sheen from new and indeed looks like new!. In strong light any marks that could possibly be seen would be sleeve removal marks ONLY which I can only see 2, but these are very, very fine and hard to see.

 PLAYBACK IS  AWESOME! THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD - (NO) CLICKS POPS AND CERTAINLY NO JUMPS OR SKIPS (NO) DISTORTION!!!!THIS PLAYS THROUGH NEAR MINT! (ABSOLUTELY (NO) SURFACE BACKGROUND NOISE (WHICH IS EXTREEMELY RARE FOR A STONES ALBUM 48 YEARS OLD!!) . The audio is awesome cristal clear and vibrant through out! (This pressing for some reason this seems a louder cut than other copies that i have of the same album Please note! This plays with (no) signs of distortion or any signs of grooveware what so ever! Please note! i never heard any background crackle at all during the audio.   Even in between tracks background noise is extreemely minimal. Please look at my completed listing of records that i have sold of this calaber and you will see that i normally get it right!!!!! This is one of the best that i have heard of this pressing being of a louder cut!!!!! Awesome on all frequencies!!!!! I would rate the audio at the top!!!!THE BEST!! (NEVER NEED TO UPGRADE FROM THIS!

These feature the unboxed decca logo (only 1st press) Also these  feature the familier decca  circular groove! This along the KT tax stamper on the run off grooves at 12 oclock to the matrix!!!,  These labels are in superbe ALMOST AS NEW condition There are only a 2-3 light spider marks which can be seen in strong light but (no) spindle ware the hole is perfectly round.  ''Made In England'' text is featured (UK pressing)!!!!!

This is the original  SUPER GLOSSY cover laminated by Clairifoil made by Celanese Limited and printed by Clout & Baker (the hardest to find) 

Please note the rounding at the spine ,, unique to this Clout &Baker cover Please note! Robert Stace printed covers are square spines (more common)  There are (no) splits or tares there is some minor creasing (See Pictures) in the laminate (no) real storageware (the very lightest corner bump\crease) (see photos) square corners!!!  original!!!!!
