THE ROLLING STONES -THEIR SATANIC MAJESTIES REQUEST - 1967 MONO FIRST PRESSING ALBUM WITH 3D COVER   DECCA RECORDS - CAT NO: TXL 103 - MATRIX NOS: T2-3K/T2-3K   SCROLL DOWN FOR PHOTOGRAPHS   THIS IS A FIRST PRESSING MONO COPY OF THE CLASSIC 1967 ALBUM BY THE ROLLING STONES, COMPLETE WITH THE RARE 3D COVER AND ORIGINAL RED INNER SLEEVE.   IT IS ON THE UNBOXED BLUE DECCA LABEL.   VINYL: VISUALLY THE HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL IS IN  VERY GOOD SHAPE WITH A NICE SHEEN. UNDER A STRONG LIGHT IT'S POSSIBLE TO SEE A NUMBER OF MARKS ON SIDE ONE - THERE ARE VERY FEW ON SIDE TWO. SIDE ONE PLAYS WITHOUT SKIPS OR STICKS. HOWEVER IT HAS A NUMBER OF MARKS AND SCUFFS WHICH CAUSE CRACKLE AND SOME REPETITIVE TICKS FROM TRACK THREE ONWARDS. RATES AS GOOD TO VERY GOOD- SIDE TWO PLAYS WITHOUT ANY SKIPS OR STICKS. THERE IS SOME VERY MINOR CRACKLE ON QUIETER PASSAGES, BUT NO CLICKS OR POPS. RATES AS VERY GOOD+   LABELS: THE LABELS ARE CLEAN, WITHOUT MARKS, WRITING OR STICKERS AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF FADING OR DISCOLOURING.   SLEEVE: THE GATEFOLD ROBERT STACE SLEEVE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, WITH RIGID SPINE AND SEAMS, AND NO WRITING OR MARKS. THE FRONT COVER HAS THE 3D PICTURE OF THE BAND. THERE IS A SMALL AREA ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER WHICH APPEARS SLIGHTLY DISCOLOURED. THE SPINE IS INTACT AND FULLY READABLE. Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump. Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
