Description

This is the ORIGINAL 1978 Album (Not CD) of THE ROLLING STONES-SOME GIRLS (COC-39108). Released on Rolling Stones Records, factory sealed in its ORIGINAL shrink wrap with sticker. This is the ORIGINAL first issue cover.  An elaborate die-cut design, with colors varying on different sleeves. The cover design was challenged legally when some celebrities threatened to sue for the use of their likenesses without permission. The album was re-issued with a redesigned cover that removed all the celebrities whether they had complained or not, and were replaced with black and punk style garish colors with the phrase Pardon our appearance - cover under re-construction.

Since this is a sealed album we cannot visually rate the Vinyl but assume it is in MINT condition. The Cover is In NEAR MINT condition with very, VERY light ring wear and a small “crease/crinkle on the back upper right corner. The shrink wrap has a small split at the opening, there are no other defects in the wrapping. There is also a price sticker of $4.99 in the upper right corner (See Photos)

Payment is expected within seven (7) days of auction closing unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not received by closing of the next week’s auction the order will be canceled.

Shipping/Handling within the United States is $4.00 via USPS Media Mail. We will combine shipping on multiple orders at $1.00 for each additional album. We use regular record shipping boxes with extra cardboard and the vinyl will be outside of the cover (when possible) in a protective sleeve.

We are happy to ship Inter-nationally via USPS First Class International for $25.00. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Russia, Italy or Ukraine due to problems we have had with the Post Office in those countries.
