** Original 1978 UK A5U/B1U EARLY PRESSING of classic ROLLING STONES "SOME GIRLS" LP, WITH UNCENSORED / WITHDRAWN SLEEVE - TOP AUDIO **

An Excellent- condition disc. Lustrous, shiny vinyl. Several light surface hairline marks - mainly from where the LP has been taken out of the cardboard inner sleeve over the years, but these can mostly only be seen under a very strong light. No visible centre spindle marks at all. Original STEREO mixes of both sides. No skips, jumps, warps, sticking, deep scratches, or writing on labels. Both labels in very clean condition. Superb sound quality throughout, with hardly any surface noise anywhere. Very listenable. You won't find a better sounding copy of this LP on vinyl. Tested on a Thorens turntable.

Outer Sleeve is the first UK issue UNCENSORED VERSION, which was withdrawn from sale, due to the threat of litigation. this is in Excellent- condition, with only minor general wear. Slight creasing and wear to corners and opening edge, but otherwise near perfect. No seam splits. No writing anywhere. No rips or tears. Spine in excellent condition, with all text still clearly legible.

Inner Sleeve in Very Good condition. There is a 6cm split at the middle of the bottom edge (see photo), but otherwise the inner sleeve is in great shape, with no other seam splits, no writing anywhere and only some very minor creasing in places.

** This record will be shipped in an additional (non-original) plain white inner sleeve, to prevent further seam splits in transit. **

GRADING:

All records are graded using the 'Record Collector' format:

MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
