Description

Very rare 1st U.S. promo 45 released in November of 1963, "STONED"/"I WANNA BE YOUR MAN". The stock copy of this record was released and withdrawn the same day, and with about 6 known copies of it out there, is the rarest Rolling Stones record. More promo's were released, but they are still very rare, and seldom come up for sale. I am selling all 3 of mine from my collection, each with a different label variation.

This one is the black & white label with "PROMOTIONAL COPY" in black lettering at the top of the label. Catalog number is 45-LON-9641V. Matrix numbers are DR31955 1b/DR31954 1b.

Record has been played numerous times, but still sounds real good. Grading is VG-. Also comes with the original old LONDON sleeve.
