Issue : UK Complete Original Press
This is a UK Original press of Their Satanic Majesties by The Rolling Stones. This early press is complete with the heavy grooved green unboxed Decca label, the smoke inner sleeve and the original holographic laminated Robert Stace gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition. Both sides have a superb gloss, all tracks are clear of heavy marks and the grooves have their original jet black finish. There are just a few wispy marks on both sides. The original plain green heavy grooved Decca labels are exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is just light spindle wear.
The sound quality is Very Good. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is rich and warm. There are moments of light background noise but the sound is still extremely bold, vibrant and sharp.
The smoke inner sleeve is complete and bright. There is tape on the edges which have kept the sleeve solid. The red is vivid and it is completely clean.
The sleeve is in Very Good condition. The image is sharp, the text is clear and the laminate has a superb mirrorlike shine. The hologram is still bright and only shows the lightest sign of age. There is a little edge and corner wear. The inside is very bright and the colours are superb. There is a small scuff but the colours are still vivid. The back of the sleeve is extremely bright and clean and the whole sleeve is solid.
