ROLLING STONES THROUGH THE PAST DARKLY Big Hits Vol 2 Decca 69 -1W-2W UK 1st pr LP Decca SKL5019 Uk 1st press with Octagonal shape sleeve, Octagonal inner sleeve, unboxed Decca labels. SLEEVE has some tape at opening which could possibly be removed which has slight torn apart (please study the pictures) is is generally just good condition. INNER SLEEVE is nr EX condition, LABELS have a few spindle marks & VG++ condition, VINYL is VG condition with no real deep scratches just some light surface hairlines & polishing scuffs. Plays pretty well. Has had a professional clean and has been housed in a new Japanese anti static inner sleeve inside the original inner sleeve. Item 1378

This record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable 

fitted with a Goldring stylus,

Listened to through full range SD Acoustics speakers 

that have superb response and definition on all frequencies.

With a Quad Amp set-up.

 

 For accurate visual grade (like all my records)

This record has been professionally cleaned using an 

Okki Nokki cleaning machine.

First clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and 

finished off with L?art du son / purified water mix.

The alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have

 from the manufacturing stage, this hides detail in the sound.

The l?art du son mix seems to smooth out any 

brittleness in the alcohol water mix.
