The disc is in excellent condition. It has not been played for about 20 years. There is very light surface sound on the track run ins*. The laminated octagonal gatefold cover is in excellent condition, it is the version with the laminated flap folded on top of the inside sleeve. It has the red mono octagonal inner sleeve. Please see the photographs.
*Records of this age however well stored will collect a certain amount of dust and specks of paper fibre from the inner sleeve. As far as possible I carefully remove any surface dust with a carbon fibre brush and lens cleaning cloth and then describe the condition of the disc after a test play. I have achieved impressive enhanced reproduction quality almost eliminating any surface noise on records of a similar age by a thorough wet clean with a solution of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water.
This LP was test played on a Garrard 401 turntable with SME arm and Shure V15 cartridge/stylus with a tracking force of 1 gram.
